This machine is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, pesticide, and cosmetic industries for automatic bottle sorting, automatic filling, automatic stoppering, and automatic capping of vials. It uses a conveyor belt to feed bottles and a servo turntable divider for precise filling. When the bottle enters the capping station, the system automatically identifies it and slides through the designated station through the vibration plate guide rail. The bottle is driven by the turntable to hang the cap to the next capping station, and finally the turntable pushes the cap into the tray to complete a product. It is suitable for bottles of different heights and specifications, and different sealing methods can be selected according to the packaging material. The mechanism is compact, fully functional, easy to adjust, stable in operation, and cost-effective.

Process flow:
Manual bottle pushing → Automatic bottle feeding → Automatic filling → Automatic inner plugging → Automatic outer cover → Automatic capping → Finished product output
